Reports filed with the Franklin Police Department are public record. Requests for inspection or duplication are granted in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5. Requests for copies of reports must be submitted on this downloadable form. Confidential information will be redacted from the report before copies are provided or inspection permitted.
