Jordan (New) Deputy Chief Mike Jordan joined the Department in 1979, and has been promoted through the ranks to his current position.

Deputy Chief Jordan is a 2005 graduate of the Southeastern Command & Leadership Academy at The University of Tennessee, and member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives.

The Administration Division, consisting of Evidence, Training, Records, Professional Standards, the Police Firearms Range, Fleet Maintenance, and Research and Development Office, provides tremendous resources to the Department. Its staff is steadfast in the Division's commitment to "Support the Force!"
