Current Solicitations:  Please click here to see currently open and available procurement solicitations issued by the City of Franklin's Purchasing Office for which the submittal deadline has not yet passed, and to open and/or download the documents specifically pertaining to an open solicitation, including any addenda that have been issued, as well as any standard procurement documents that may be required for a particular solicitation. See “Technical Difficulties” below if you encounter any technical difficulties.

Revisions:  All Purchasing Office procurement solicitations are subject to change at any time prior to the submittal deadline. Changes to Purchasing Office procurement solicitations are typically issued in the form of addenda. More than one addendum may be issued per solicitation. The Purchasing Office normally posts addenda to procurement solicitations on the City of Franklin website, and normally alerts those vendors who are known or thought to be interested in responding to the referenced solicitation. However, the City assumes no responsibility for informing vendors of the issuance of addenda. Rather, vendors who wish to compete for a particular procurement opportunity are exclusively responsible for determining whether any addenda have been issued for the corresponding solicitation.

 

Standard Documents: In addition to documents that are unique to a particular solicitation, the City of Franklin Purchasing Office also uses standard procurement documents that may pertain to a particular solicitation. To determine what standard procurement documents actually do pertain to a particular solicitation, please refer to the Instructions for that solicitation.
