The Engineering Department reviewed 1,350 different sets of plans from January 1 to November 30, 2006. These plans represent projects not only reviewed by the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission but also projects reviewed by the Williamson County and Brentwood Planning Commissions that affect City of Franklin water, sewer, street or drainage infrastructure. The Department has worked with other City of Franklin Departments to update plan submission checklists and other information needed by applicants to eliminate issues of confusion during the Planning Commission review cycle.
